Woah seven hours in the Kitchen today. But not everything was fish pudding of course (siao). There was uh random fried stuff, very interesting chee chong fun sauces from Hui Lin and Zhi Yong lol, chocolate coated fish pudding in the near future maybe, and hopefully no diarrhoea anytime soon. I'm still exhausted from having to wake up before noon. Riiiight.
