HSA is quite a weird place, in a semi-good kind of way. Their labs are not really what I expected it to be. Sure it's still all chemicals/instruments and all, but there are people who are actually spending the entire day in there and looking pretty emotionless. I don't know what we are doing in the pharmaceutical lab when the food lab is just beside it. The people there are generally friendly. Like the 4 other SP students who suddenly lost their previous attachment placings as well, some 2 NTU girls who are having their attachment as well, and there's even this admin person who is coincidentally from DCP (Food) and can still remember most of the lecturers and they are somehow all still teaching us. Ku, Ser, Lim, Tan, Tan etc etc lol. Seeing how he smiled as if there was glitter in his eyes when he recalled what happened probably meant that his Poly days weren't too bad. There are just some things time cannot change. The campus might have changed over time, but the things/feelings remain somewhat the same. Maybe lah. Anyway he was using Facebook and MSN in this meeting room while working, using the laptop in there rather than his own computer. Hahah. The supervisors are quite easy going too. Maybe it's the non-office environment that is effective in that area.

Ron and I compiled an MSDS file for the lab by plucking out various MSDS from the WWW of the chemicals in the lab (which were identified manually too). Way to strain your eyes.

And since work started the nights have apparently shortened.
